CruiseNComfortUSA offers the following Returns Policy:To exchange or return an item purchased in one of our stores, please call us for a RMA number. No item will be considered  for return without a valid RMA number printed on the outside of the return. Please follow these guidelines:

Exchange and Return Period

 

  • 15 days for all electrical items (includes all MES Air Conditioners). All electrical items must be in new, unused condition with original box and packaging.
  • 30 days for all other products




Original Receipt and Valid RMA Number
You must have a original reciept and a vlid RMA Number when returning a product to us. The customers must pay for all shipping, taxes, duties, brokerage charges,  and insurance on the product when returning a item. Returns will be refused if a valid RMA number is not printed on the box, if the package is damaged, if the product is not in its original packaging, if the product is electrical and has been opened, or hooked up.

We electronically secure your information solely for the purpose of returns management, in accordance with state and federal laws regarding consumer privacy.

Restocking Fee

There is a 25% restocking fee for all products accepted for return.
