Policies and Returns
Cruise N Comfort USA offers the following Returns Policy:
To receive warranty service or to return an item purchased online or in one of our stores, please call us for a RMA number. No item will be considered for return without a valid RMA number printed on the outside of the return. Please follow these guidelines:
Items may qualify for a return if the below requirements are met.
- 15 days from the date of sale for all non used electrical items (includes all MES, HD and VES Series Air Conditioners). All electrical items must be in new, unused condition with original box and packaging.
- 30 days from the date of sale for all other non-electric products.
Original Receipt and Valid RMA Number
You must have a original reciept and a valid RMA Number when returning a product to us for return or repair. Customers must pay for all shipping, taxes, duties,and brokerage charges. All products returned must be insured for the retail value of the product. Returns will be refused if a valid RMA number is not assigned and displayed on the box. Products will also be refused if the package is damaged and/or not in its original packaging.
The MES, VES, and HD Series Products carry a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Please call to receive a RMA number for warranty repairs.

PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUSED IF YOUR ASSIGNED RMA NUMBER IS NOT DISPLAYED ON BOX.

There is a 25% restocking fee for all products accepted for return.
